  The food and service are good here, but on weekend nights you might want to pick a different place. My wife and I went here on a Friday night and from walking in til getting our food it was about 2 hours. The food was great once we got it, just the place was completely mobbed with people.

  This evening we stopped into the Salisbury NC Outback Steakhouse to celebrate a birthday. We had a wonderful young lady named Sarah who from start to finish took top notch care of us! She encouraged me to try a blue cheese wedge salad I wasn't sure of. She ensured if I didn't care for it she would get me something different but I LOVED IT! I wasn't waiting or wanting for anything she was on top of it, even without us asking she filled our needs. I will return and ask for her service again. I'd like to add that I've been to this outback before and although the food is great I've left unhappy about the service so this was a great time!

  I came in with my girlfriend, and our server was Heather. She was quick and very friendly. She made us feel welcome and she was fast but didn't make us feel rushed. When the food came out it was the best steak dinner I've ever had. I got a 10 ounce ribeye cooked medium rare with a loaded baked potato and steakhouse Mac and cheese. I will recommend this outback too my friends and family and I will be back.
