- 3 / 5By Helen KindrickGreat food, great service. My only issue with this O'Charley's is that they would not keep a rowdy group of teenagers quiet. Any comment made to them only made them louder and louder. The management should have taken care of the situation quickly and efficiently so that the other patrons would not have to deal with the immature behavior that went on. My daughter and I almost ran out as soon as we were finished eating and we could barely eat with the chaos going on behind us. Shirley, our waitress, deserves a bonus for dealing with these immature adolescents.December 28, 2016
