  This place is horrible. We ordered online at 7:45 pm for delivery on a Sunday night. At 8:40 pm we called to see where our delivery was. We were told that the delivery guy was leaving right then. While that's inconvenient, we shrug it off. At 9:05 pm we still do not have our food. I'll interject here that we live less than 10 minutes from this restaurant. When we called again to see where our food was, the woman said that she was going to have to let some guy drive her cat to get us our food because the delivery guy hadn't come back yet. I proceeded to ask her why she had told us when we last called that it was leaving then and was on the way. Her response was that "he thought he had it but he didn't." I don't know who he is, but I asked why it had taken almost an hour for it to be "delivered" the first time. She said that because it takes the website 20 minutes to send them the order and that the website doesn't know if they're busy or not. She offered no apology. She did not offer to refund the delivery fee or offer us anything as compensation for us having to wait an hour and a half for our delivery (we finally received our order at 9:20 pm). Are burgers we ordered were barely warm, but they were adequate mainly because we were famished. Nothing special for as much hassle as we had to go through getting them. We will not be ordering from here again.
