  I wanted a kids shrimp plate, but was told I could only order a large shrimp plate. The shrimp reminded me of the box kind you buy in the freezer section with the hard breaking and flavorless. They give no condiments. Oh this was a to go order. The fries were extra crispy. I do like their slaw though. My friends ordered a burger all the way and enjoyed it which is why I'm giving 3 stars.

  This place desperately needs management that isn't rude and cruel to both its employees and staff. I've had drill instructors in the Army less insulting than the managing staff employed at this establishment. Whoever owns this store should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this behavior, they can't lie and say they have no idea of the treatment some guests and even employees endure, it's plastered everywhere. No customers no business, pretty simple concept and what's more damning to a local company than negative word of mouth press. Get your act together and overhaul both your management team and the training you implement before it's too late and enough of this bad and self-destructive press ruins your bottom line; remember NC is the king of BBQ, Hendrix's can easily be replaced by the average patron, plenty of competition to lose your profits to; so your move, hopefully it's the right one.
