  HORRIBLE, we had potatoes holding up someone's order but three well done stakes where done being eaten before that plate arrived. It gets better the chicken taste like soap. All went down hill after waiting 20min for a straw our waiter didn't even bring to us.

  A long wait time to be seated. It was several staff members standing and lingering around. It took for an employee that was actually working, who was not a hostess to come and assist us. Her name was Tameria and that was so sweet of her. It was not busy; however we did not receive appetizers after waiting at least 30 minutes. Our waiter was nice also, but this is not an Applebees I will come back to. I will make sure thr two people that attended to us get a nice tip.

  After our visit today, the Google 2 star review of you Salisbury, NC store came as no surprise. Your staff doesn't care. They do not greet people, or look at people when they are talking to them. They can't be bothered to smile at your customers either. They don't care about their appearance, the cleanliness of your establishment or getting orders out to customers correctly and timely. It's really an embarrassment to the very few servers you do have that do try and may care. Your manager and host on duty while we were there from 2:30 - 4pm today sure didn't care. Nor do they know how to apologise. Your host is the first face your customers see. If they can't be friendly, and greet people and SMILE at people, find someone else. If this is the best you have for your Salisbury, NC location, shut it down. Close it up. Why even bother.
